Commonwealth P-40 Additions.

After a break from things as a result of life intervening - and a trip abroad to photograph more delicious aeroplanes, I have added some more P-40 pictures to the site. A New Zealand airshow favourite, a bona fide fighter ace's machine and a preservation rarity now grace the P-40 pages. These are P-40N-Kittyhawk IV ZK-CAG 'Currawong', a well known New Zealand warbird captured at its home base at Ardmore, P-40E Kittyhawk 1A A29-133 flown by Plt Off Bruce 'Buster' Brown on display at the Australian War Memorial in Canberra and P-40E Kittyhawk 1A RCAF 1034 at its temporary home at the Aviation Heritage Centre at Omaka, Blenheim, New Zealand. All three of these beauties are special in their own right and it is great to have them here; the Aussie Kittyhawks are walkarounds, whereas the Canadian features in the Gallery section. Click on the image below to go to the P-40 pages.
